Retention Guarantee / Refill Policy
At BuztGrowth, we aim to provide lasting results. We offer a 60-day retention guarantee on applicable services.
If you experience drops in followers, likes, views, or other engagements within 60 days after your order is marked complete, we will refill or replace the missing quantities free of charge.
Retention Terms:
The retention guarantee applies only to services specifically labeled as “Guaranteed” or “Refill Eligible.”
Users must not violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent behavior.
Any breach of platform policies (such as spam, automation, or misuse) voids this guarantee.
You must contact [email protected] within 60 days of fulfillment and provide relevant order details and screenshots as evidence of loss.
We reserve the right to assess each case individually before approving a refill or replacement.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or entered the delivery queue. Once the service begins or has been partially fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
